The Padlock project

Why medicines? They are easy to steal, because packs are small; worth the risk, because of their high value; easy to sell, because they are hard to identify in a very receptive market.
The method

- AccessWho can enter the premises and how it is controlled.
- ProceduresEveryday rules and how closely they are followed.
