Data we collect

Through the contact form and the Preliminary Check request form we collect the data you voluntarily provide:

• Full name
• Email address
• Company or healthcare facility (optional in the contact form)
• Role (optional, Preliminary Check only)
• Message content or notes

Browsing data

IT systems acquire, during normal operation, some data whose transmission is implicit in internet protocols (e.g. IP addresses). They are used only to keep the site secure and working and are kept in the server logs for a limited time.

LinkedIn campaign measurement

Only if you accept it in the banner, the site loads the LinkedIn Insight Tag: LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, joint controller for the collection, receives browsing data (pages visited, IP address, browser, LinkedIn cookies), gives us aggregate statistics on visits coming from our campaigns and lets us show ads to people who visited the site. Legal basis: consent, which can be withdrawn from "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. Details in the Cookie Policy.

LogIA assistant (website chat)

The website chat is run by LogIA, an artificial intelligence assistant: answers are generated automatically from the texts of this website and may contain inaccuracies. For binding information please contact our team.

The questions you type and the answers are sent to Anthropic PBC (provider of the Claude model), acting as data processor; the transfer to the United States is based on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. Please do not type personal or health data in the chat.

We keep the text of conversations (questions and answers) for 90 days to check the accuracy of answers and improve the service (legitimate interest), then delete it. We do not add your IP address or the contact form data to it; however, any personal data you type in the chat remains in the stored text. If you ask to be contacted, the data in the chat form follow the rules of the contact form and are not sent to the assistant. No automated decision produces effects on you.

Purpose and legal basis

Form data is processed to answer your requests, including arranging the Preliminary Check site visit and sending its report (legal basis: pre-contractual measures / legitimate interest). It is not used for marketing without explicit consent.

Retention

Data is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and meet legal obligations, then deleted or anonymised.

Disclosure and transfer

Data is not disseminated. It may be processed by technical providers (e.g. hosting) appointed as data processors. Any non-EU transfers occur with adequate safeguards.
