Surveys in hospital facilities (PADLOCK project)
High protection levels require the coordinated design of multidisciplinary aspects: operating procedures, information systems, technology, intelligence.
Analysis of stock security levels in hospital pharmacies and pharmaceutical warehouses, using a self-assessment tool developed within the PADLOCK project in collaboration with AIFA, SIFO and the Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna. More than 50 audits were carried out in hospital facilities; results and guidelines were published in an insert of Sole 24 Ore Sanità.
The experience gained in the PADLOCK project has flowed into ShieldPlus®, the Logplus® solution dedicated to medicine security in healthcare.
